Well folks, after a 6 month search, I finally chose my dress! Phew, what a relief! I have been to nearly every bridal salon in the area and have tried on entirely too many dresses. It was getting to be too much. I actually tried on this particular dress a month or two ago and really liked it, but I wanted to bring my mom with me to see it. I convinced her to ditch work last week and I made an appointment to try it on again. I really loved it, but it was still hard to make the commitment and say that it was "the one." I can't really tell you anything about it because you know who might read it, so you'll just have to wait 'til February to see it in all it's glory. I had tons of fun trying on dresses although some bridal salon experiences were better than others. I am so thankful to my wonderful friend Karen who endured the countless trips to places near, far, classy, and sketchy to finally find "the dress." It was such a grand adventure.
